Workshops for ages 13 to 100 are designed for camps, cruises and resorts. Dr. Jeff is available to coach and educate your group or organization.

With only 9% of teenagers exercising, Train Well teaches fitness habits with emphasis on avoiding drugs and alcohol. At any dose, alcohol is toxic to organs. High school athletes reap benefits for 50 years with regard to confidence, leadership, productivity and social interaction compared to non-athletes.

Since exercise is better than medications, fitness programs are most important as we age. Although 120 drug trials for Alzheimer’s have failed, exercise causes growth of new nerves involved with learning and memory.

At age 75, my grandmother began walking three miles per day. Now that she is 80, we have no idea where she is!
